BAI was responsible for complete construction plans, specifications and cost estimates for site renovations to the historic State House building in Annapolis, which is the oldest American state house in continuous legislative use.
The project involved detailed examination of the existing site and underground facilities; historic reviews and approvals for the removal and replacement of existing perimeter site lighting and fixtures; new underground sprinkler system; ADA analysis & repairs to site amenities including benches and sidewalks.
Worthington Elementary School Civil/ Site Renovations

BAI developed complete construction plans, specifications and cost estimates for extensive site renovations at the existing elementary school. The project included field survey and site mapping, field investigation, site grading and drainage for a new baseball/softball field and multi-purpose field; new concrete sidewalk; playground area renovation; new asphalt pavement and an ADA complaint ramp to allow for accessibility to the sports fields.

I-68 Drainage Improvements

To control extensive erosion and drainage problems along Interstate 68, Brudis & Associates, Inc. provided detailed drainage analysis, complete with hydraulic computations to repair the embankment and undermining. Upon completion of the analysis, BAI developed complete construction plans, specification and cost estimates for the stream outfalls and drainage in West Midlothian, Maryland.
